After our 2-day school of nanomedicine and cancer immunotherapy, we offer an additional workshop on career development beyond academia on Thursday 26th October, in Turku (Finland).
9-12am: Career paths from academia to entrepreneurship and beyond
The morning will be dedicated to academic entrepreneurship and innovation.
A broad panel of scientist-entrepreneurs and other guest speakers will share their experience and give their career insights:

2-5pm: Broadening career options with Eurodoc
The afternoon workshop will be organised by the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (Eurodoc).
Early career researchers will get the opportunity to reflect on the skills acquired during a PhD, and the different career paths in which these skills can be valued.
This event will be followed by a visit of Misvik facilities, for Melomanes doctoral researchers only.
